VCS FAQ

VCS comes in and takes action! We do not do an initial consult and we do not give you a list of work to do. We understand that your time is very valuable and there is often an urgency to getting your home on the market, so we come in, and create a new space in our first and often only visit.

The answer to that question really depends. If you are looking to have an occupied home staged with fresh eyes, then the typical lived-in home usually has enough items to give it a new, less cluttered, and/or more current look. If a home has just the barebones and needs warming-up, items can absolutely be brought in and rented for an agreed upon fee.

Honestly, you don’t HAVE to do anything, but you could take down all family photos, and all fridge magnets :)

An occupied staging will take between two and three hours to re-style an average size home.

It is not necessary, but it is helpful for a couple of reasons. Firstly, this way you will know where the unnecessary items will be put, you will learn a lot, and, last but not least, you will have fun!
