"For the first time last winter we decided to play Snowbird and head south for a couple of months. Our greatest concern for our absence was the care of our home since we have a fairly substantial property. My first thought was to call Julie at VCS because of what I believed was her natural aptitude for doing just about anything. She very readily agreed which gave us considerable peace of mind. As it turned out it was a very severe winter and I had to ask a lot more of Julie then just to check in on the house. The snow and wind was exceptionally severe and our hot tub needed more attention than usual. Julie went above and beyond to make sure that the pipes didn’t freeze and that the proper water level was maintained. We also had a roof leak a short time before our trip and I was concerned that it had not been properly tested so I asked her if she would mind poking your head into the attic every once in a while to have a look. She was not at all concerned about climbing a ladder and checking things out. We do plan to go south again and I will most certainly will ask VCS to take care of things while we are gone. I have no doubt that everything will be very well taken care of."
